First we had Sunday School. The program started at 6:30pm. We sang 'what a friend we have in Jesus' in Japanese. Then we watched a powerpoint version of a storybook that was read aloud and accompanied by music. Then Pastor Shtan gave a short message, talking about how the story relates to Christianity. After that, the three of us VYMers taught "This little Gospel light of mine" in English, and we also sang it in Japanese. After the offering, Lord's prayer, and blessing, we went outside to light sparklers. When those were all done, we went back inside for ice cream and brownies.
