This Saturday I went boating with some people from the church in Shirone. Last year we participated in a race, but there was no race this year, so we just went for fun. One man was crazy enough to bring his digital camera onto the boat, and got a few rather good pictures, and those got sent on to me today. We were out rowing about 40 minutes. It was a five-seater, four people rowing and one calling, and one more friend rode in the boat behind the caller. It was fun, and I'm getting kind of good at it. This is one of the things that makes me really like living in Japan.
