Not all of the pieces were outside. There were several in houses, stores or buildings, and at this place we had to wait until 10am when they opened.
Tokamachi is N's hometown, and along the way she showed me where she had gone to junior high and high school. The weather looks nice, but it was quite hot and humid, well near 100 degrees F.
